On September 17, 2025, the Maritime Service (Morrichservice) representative office was officially registered and began operations in the Republic of Poland to fulfill the tasks assigned to the state enterprise by CMU Resolution No. 730 dated 18.06.2025, Morrichservice reports.
The office will handle the issuance and exchange of seafarer identity documents for Ukrainian seafarers located abroad.

Advance registration is mandatory – appointments for a specific date and time are scheduled by phone only:

Visits to the Morrichservice office in Warsaw must be in person by the seafarer applicant only (no accompanying persons), at the address: ul. Jagiellońska 32, office 30, Warsaw, Poland
