VLOC collided with fishing vessel in Osaka Bay

Very Large Ore Carrier CAPE VERDE (flag – Singapore [SG]) collided with 12-meter long fishing boat in Osaka Bay, Japan. It happened on 21 December. The boat with two people on board overturned. Both were rescued, but one was taken to hospital and placed in intensive care ward. The ship is en route from Australia to Fukuyama, bulk carrier stopped in Osaka Bay, for investigation.
