LLC Transgreynterminal (Kernel Group Agroholding) plans to finish until the end of 2018 a construction of a grain terminal in the trade seaport of Chernomorsk.
For this purpose, the company signed an agreement to a long-term lease of the territory of moorings No. 14, 15 and upper back platforms of the SE “Marine trade port “Chernomorsk”. The integral improvements with the State property fund, the Ministry of infrastructure and SE “MTP “Chernomorsk” are encouraged. A total area of a construction will be 53 000 sq.m.
Cargo works will be carried out through moorings No. 14 and No. 15.
As a part of the project of the grain terminal it is provided: structure of floor storage of grain in amount of 140 000 tons with two underground and one upper gallery, the grain intake from a rail transport, a complex of galleries, railway tracks, a platform, metal silos for grain storage with a total amount of 170 000 tons.
For today the key port asset of Kernel Group Agroholding in the seaport of Chernomorsk is a grain terminal Transbalkterminal. Its capacity is 4 million tons per year. The terminal is equipped with the reservoirs for one-time storage capable to contain about 190 000 tons of grain.
