General cargo ship KASRA-1(flag – Iran [IR]) dragged anchor on and started to drift towards shoreline at Makhachkala port, Dagestan, Russia, Caspian sea. It happened on 1 December.
It is known that the tug EPRON is on standby at Makhachkala port, ready to assist. KASRA-1 arrived at Makhachkala Anchorage on Nov 26 from Aktau Kazakhstan.
