Bulk carrier ran aground off Virginia Beach

Bulk carrier JSW SALEM (flag – Panama [PA]) loaded with coal bound for India, left Baltimore and ran aground off Virginia Beach, straying off fairway. It happened on 10 January. It is known, JSW SALEM refloated with high tide, understood by own means. The vessel was anchored near grounding site for inspection and investigation.
