Bulk carrier with hull crack

Bulk carrier HEINA (flag – Norway [NO]) suffered hull crack while approaching Juan de Fuca Strait. It happened on February 17. Bulk carrier was held off strait until February 21 for survey and risk assessment. On February 20 the vessel was cleared to sail to Vancouver, escorted by tug, she reached Vancouver on February 21.
