Car carrier damaged in collision

Car carrier CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG (flag – Panama [PA]) allided with lock construction in Emden while entering port. It happened on 14 January. It is known, that 2 tugs were assisting the ship, but strong wind pushed car carrier onto constructions. Car carrier suffered hull damagesю The vessel was detained until completion of survey, probably repairs.
