Ferry breached, Northern Ireland

Ferry EUROPEAN CAUSEWAY (flag – Bahamas [BS]) operating on Cairnryan-Larne service, UK reportedly broke off her moorings at Larne, Northern Ireland and collided with pier or terminal construction, sustaining portside hull breach above waterline. It happened January 27. It is known ferry was still at Larne.
